Professional Marketing – We advertise using a professional online advertising website in addition to the local MLS. We do not charge property owner for advertising fees.
Legal Representation – The attorney firm we employ focuses on property management issues and has three attorneys that have a combined 35 years on the bench. We ensure that we have the most qualified representation to protect our client’s assets.
Servicing of all Inquiries and Complaints – Quick response and resolution to all inquiries and complaints. Detailed records of all communication.
Collection of all Fees and Rents – Collection of rent from tenants. Take action on all delinquent accounts
Leasing – Advertise and show units. Collect applications and screen applicants. Execute lease and collect security deposit
Maintenance, Repairs, and Improvements – Coordination of all interior and exterior maintenance and repairs
