PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
Both Jamie and Rosalie have worked as Carolina brokers since 2006 and had their licenses with Prudential Realty, Keller Williams and their own firm Charlotte Residential Realty. Their company was a top producer at Keller Williams for over 5 years before launching out on their own with Charlotte Residential Realty.

Prior to owning his own real estate firm Jamie was Director of Professional Services for a technology firm where his department implemented, trained and consulted new home builders on the use of technology to sell homes. Previous to his 10 years at the technology firm he worked for national production home builders for 6 years as the Loan Escrow Manager and oversaw the closing of 800+ homes. He was raised in real estate as his father Dan had his contractor and real estate licenses and owned a home building company.

Rosalie, born and raised in the Carolinas, has over 10 years in property management experience. She also has extensive knowledge of the area.
